My professional journey began in software engineering, where I spent seven years learning how complex systems are understood, built and improved.

Over time, I discovered that the work I found most meaningful was helping other people understand technology. That insight led me from engineering into online education, coaching and practical digital-skills training.

Today, I help learners, creators and professionals use AI thoughtfully, communicate with clarity and build skills they can put to work. I am also a Canva Creator, Canvassador and Canva Legend.
